As a CEO of Dimiourgiki S.A., based in Larissa since 1998, he has been involved in the evaluation, supervision and execution of a large number of real estate investments. His primary concern is the general supervision of the company’s activities, due to his extensive executive experience in the construction, management and realization of large projects.

In the past he served as an Investment Manager promoting the company’s investment activity in Ukraine. He has been a financial analyst for major foreign banking institutions for many years. Nowadays, he is an active member of major local organizations in the city of Larissa, as well as a prominent member of Panhellenic associations.

Dimiourgiki S.A. was founded in 1998 by Constantine and George Gourgiotis. Since then, the company has been systematically active in the field of real estate development and property management. Specifically, Dimiourgiki S.A. undertakes both the construction and organization of residential, commercial and tourist facilities, with the aim of providing excellent technical training for its executives and associates.
Dimiourgiki S.A. has come a long way in the construction industry, with a total experience exceeding 100 years and a superb building activity of over 50,000 sqm. cumulatively. As a result, excellent organization and prominent reputation are the two key concepts that characterize company action.

Gourgiotis

Having studied law in Italy and attending a series of seminars in economics and the field of real estate, he is now one of the founders of Dimiourgiki S.A.

He has been active in the field of real estate for many years through the purchase, management, construction and operation of numerous projects. He is a registered member of the Larissa Bar Association with an active presence, and has previously served as a legal adviser to recognized Greek banking institutions.

His participation in international conferences on the development of real estate gave him the impetus to become one of the shareholders of the public limited company “OLYMPUS THEME PARK S.A.”, based in Larissa, with the aim of developing and operating a Theme Park in the wider area.
