A building with a distinctive aesthetic, complemented by imposing symmetries in its features.
CONSTRUCTION
The spacious projecting balconies offer a substantial extension to the usable spaces of each apartment.

The five-story residential building completed in April 2021, is located at 10 Milou street, Larissa. It was designed by the architect Vasiliki Agorastidou, and its area reaches a total of 800 sq.m. The building consists of a basement with separate storage areas, a pilotis on the ground floor level, and 6 apartments spread across the five floors of the building. In the imposingly designed facade of the building, the dark glass creates an elegant contrasting trend in combination with the soft light colors of the building.
